Vintage whimsical fish brooch by Aldo Cipullo for Cartier, crafted in 18k yellow, with head and tail pave set with round brilliant cut diamonds, eyes bezel set with oval cut sapphires and body inlaid with blue, green and red enamel, secured with double hinged pin, one with a trombone lock.
