Free return and shipping.
Nally Jewels offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Simply contact us within 7 days from the delivery date and we will provide you with a prepaid insured FedEx or UPS label at no cost to you. Then drop off your package at the nearest FedEx or UPS location.
Your satisfaction is very important. Your purchase may be returned for any reason for a 100% full refund for a period of 7 days. Some exclusions apply*A return for the item must be initiated within 7 days from delivery date.

Items must be returned in the condition received. To ensure proper insurance coverage, all return shipments must be shipped with label provided by Nally Jewels.
*Personalized rings (no brand name) can be return within 7 days; $200 restocking fee will be applied.
*Returns will not be accepted for personalized jewelry with brand name (for example: Cartier, Tiffany, Graff, Harry Winston, David Webb, Oscar Heyman, Bvlgari, etc.)
