1980's Bulgari Sapphire, Diamond, Ruby & Emerald Earrings

Vintage Bvlgari drop earrings, crafted in 18K yellow gold, featuring 2 bezel set heart shaped yellow sapphires, accented with 4 cabochon cut rubies, 2 cabochon cut emeralds and pave set round brilliant cut diamonds. Secured with collapsible posts and omega backs.
