Diamond and Ruby brooch and lapel pin, crafted in 18k yellow gold, designed as a "free style bow with cascading ribbons" set with 65 round brilliant cut diamonds, 41 baguette cut diamonds and centered with a trillion cut diamond, accented with 20 heart shaped rubies. 
Secured with two hinged pins, one with a rotating security lock.
