Flower brooch, crafted in 18k yellow gold, design as a five-fingered cinquefoil flower, centered with 13mm round cultured pearl, petals are made in gold and pave set with round brilliant cut diamonds, the stem is adorn with 20 baguette cut diamonds with two leaves one is centered with marquise cut ruby with a diamond pave halo around it and the second one is centered with marquise cut emerald and with a diamond halo.
