Cartier Diamond & South Sea Pearl Convertible Pendant Earrings

Diamond and South Sea pearl pendant earrings by Cartier, crafted in platinum, top part of the earrings is a cluster of 38 marquise and 10 pear shaped diamonds in floral design with a drop pendant, each featuring a diamond encrusted cap with a single 14mm pearl. Secured with an omega fastening.

These earrings are convertible, the pendant part can be easily removed.
